Resume screening followed by online aptitude test and phone screen. Phone screen was an average interview about resume projects and experience with hardware implementation. A solid hands on experience was expected. Asked some detailed questions about controller design.

What experience do you have with hardware implementation of a controller?
The interview was with the recruiter, and then it was supposed to be followed up with two rounds of technical interviews, but I never heard back from them. I tried reaching out to them several times, but they never made a decision on my application, either on the portal or via email.

During the call with a recruiter, he kept asking about my salary expectations, not the range by exact number.
first brief talk with recruiter. The second also the final interview is with hiring manager and two other Ford employee for about an hour or so. Mostly behavior questions. Process is very straight forward.

After the application and assessments, it was a phone screen call first. It was pretty straightforward answering the basic questions and demonstrating the skills needed for the job. Then it was an interview with the hiring manager. It consisted of both behavioral and technical questions
