The interview consisted of all behavioral questions, and did not get into technical at all. It lasted 30 minutes and was face to face. In the room was myself and three gentlemen from Ford who rotated asking me questions. It was not a very conversational interview in comparison to others I've had in the past. The guys had a set of 6-7 questions that I answered accordingly and that took up the entire time slot. The process was not too intimidating and I felt comfortable throughout.
