Having extra technical evaluation steps in the application process (a multi-part CTF, which I accomplished) before even speaking with a recruiter and then getting rejected because my resume wasn’t a close enough fit (b.s., my resume displays experience almost identical to your requirement) 4 weeks after I submitted the application is just a terrible experience.
