The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online online and then had one HR screening and one 30-minute interview. after those, I wasn't invited for a super day in their spring location. The super day consisted of three 30 -45 minute interviews. They had an hour blocked off for each interview so you could get some rest time in between each interview. They asked very simple questions about trading, and analytics, as well as your background. If you practice a lot of star questions and learn the basics of trading you should be good. From my understanding, this role was to support traders so they wanted you to be very versatile and have an analytical mind as well as business/trading acumen.
