Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ExxonMobil (Austin, TX) en sep 2015
Entrevista
I applied for a general engineering position at PhD level through campus info session and received a follow-up interview on campus approximately one week later. The interviewer was one of our alumni but not from my area of study. The interview lasts for about 45 minutes. After the interview, I was told my resume will be routed to related department and I will be contacted provided that there are any potential positions. After two months, I received the rejection email.

No behavioral questions. Every question was about my resume.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.

This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
