Process includes resume shortlisting. A group discussion was conducted thereafter. Selected students had a final interview (Technical plus HR). The interview is very personalized, based on resume and experiences. Questions asked were about previous projects and the technicalities of the same.

I was asked to interview through Auburn University after sending my resume to Exxon through Handshake. I got a call asking to interview me early September, and my interview was the next week. This interview was pretty basic when it comes to Engineering recruiting. There was alot of situational based questions for them to get to know more about my experience and leadership abilities. Overall, the interviewers were personable and engaging and made the overall experience very calm yet fun. I really enjoyed this interview. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer.
