Entrevista
Typical online application followed by individual interview, questions were all behavioual based and split into sections to test different competancies: problem solving, personality, back ground, beliefs and values. All were expected to be answered in STAR format - situation, task, action and result.

So this is basically the internship process with a different name. Send in CV and cover letter early June/May. Had Skype interview in July which was super chill - just went over basic competency questions and grades. They are quite slow so had to wait a while before I heard back. Got into first selection day - best one to get on as the give offers before the next one starts.
They provide accommodation the night before and everything is in hotel which was convenient.
Morning was presentations of different divisions/plants: Fife, Newport, Fawley(chemicals, refining and project design). Also had "expo" to talk to people in the different sectors and plants. Fawley is largest so holds more people. Fife is the most fun apparently but it's in Scotland and few places. Newport is small and growing.
Had interview in afternoon - more difficult than I expected considering it's an engineering interview. It seems they follow the American style where they take a normal competency question and a twist to it to make it more difficult - they weren't so impressed by my answers and constantly wanted more detail.
Technical question was a fail for me. They told us we didn't need any specific knowledge however this backfired for me.
Overall interview was ok, I chose a difficult sector - EMEEL (project design) which meant my interviews were tricky. They asked A LOT of questions and after the nearly 50 mins I was exhausted and just done - asked 2 questions and wanted to leave. Quite tiring so be prepared.

Tell me a time your positivity was tested and how you regained it
Technical question: You have campfire lighter which is heating a pot of water. What is the difference between doing this in summer and winter? Need a fair bit of detail here
