Entretien d'embauche réalisé en 2019 après avoir postulé sur le site career de l'entreprise. On m'a fait remplir un test de personnalité, puis j'ai eu un entretien RH où on m'a présenté l'entreprise et son fonctionnement (rotation sur un nouveau poste tous les 2-3 ans)

Pourquoi choisirez vous Exxon plutôt qu'une autre entreprise du secteur
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
