The interview was made available through my University career center. Before the interview I had to fill out a detailed online application. The first interview was on campus with one Exxon employee and lasted about 1 hour. About 4 weeks later I was contacted and told I was picked to come to an on site interview. I talked with about 8 different employees throughout the day at the offices, and at the end of the day they extended me an offer on the spot.
