Online application. Then phone interview to check motivation, basic skills and develop a few points from the resume. Next step, possibly, is a formal interview with at least one manager. Depending on position, questions are mainly aimed at either hard or soft skills.

The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
