the interview process took around 3 weeks, first a phone interview asking basic and administrative questions and one question about a conflict happened in your workplace and how you solved it and then they invite you to a personal interview it's around 2 hours and half its all about behavior questions and some related questions regarding the position if you succeed they will send you a job offer after 1 or 2 weeks.
