I applied online through their website. I talked to a representative at a career fair. I was then invited to interview on campus soon after. The interview was behavioral based. ExxonMobil was very transparent throughout the process.

Tell me about your favorite and least favorite class
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
