Experienced hire. Mostly discussions around my previous job and how i did fundamental research on companies. Was asked why i wanted to find a new job and future plans. All fair questions
I interviewed in 2020. The turn around was fast. The role didn’t require finance background. Interview was fit + 2 cases on two companies. Standard fit questions e.g. walk me through your resume, what brings you here, why this role etc

Focused on the team and why. Behavioral questions. Talked to everyone on the team including the head of the department at the end of the process. Asked about stock pitches as well.
