Submitted application online and heard back within a week or so for first round phone interview with an investment banking analyst, so extremely fast/efficient process. Interview itself is pretty standard across investment banks.

Pretty chill. First round into superday. However very difficult questions and almost purely technical. Only was asked two behaviorals in my first round, one of which being tell me about yourself.
