The HR team were already in my contacts so I approached them about a role and secured an interview. I came in for a laid back and pleasant interview with relevant questions and a good sense of the role. I was invited to present to senior management a couple of weeks later and worked hard. My efforts were acknowledged and the interview was again filled with relevant questions and positive. Unfortunately the HR department were not responsive after a chase email sent two weeks after the interview. Finally a month later after chasing again, I was told the role had changed and I hadn't got it. No further feedback was supplied. A good interview but a weak HR team with communication issues. Sadly, this wasn't the first time either
