I got an email saying the job was basically mine, was a waste of time because they made me go through this huge process then no offer. Please do not mislead me I wouldn't have applied in the first place

I had a phone interview conducted by an agent from reddot recruitment which asked several basic customer service and sales question, e.g. How would you go about building a relationship with a customer? Why do you want to work in sales? etc The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Then I had a face to face interview with a manager and an assistant. This interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was really casual, they just wanted to get to know a bit about you as a person.
