Interview process was well structured, expectations were clearly communicated, and staff were friendly. All communication both verbal and in person was promptly followed up with written comms. Started with screening call, then a brief phone interview, then an in person group interview. Large group of interviewees, with a decent sized staff there. Fairly casual, activities/ games were played to assess logic, leadership, communication, confidence and overall likability.

Talked about what the job is like, then asking questions. Finally the interview starts, some questions were related to your previous experience, how are you going to achieve a certain goal.
