Interview process was well structured, expectations were clearly communicated, and staff were friendly. All communication both verbal and in person was promptly followed up with written comms. Started with screening call, then a brief phone interview, then an in person group interview. Large group of interviewees, with a decent sized staff there. Fairly casual, activities/ games were played to assess logic, leadership, communication, confidence and overall likability.

Very smooth transition, no hassle. HR/Talent process is very straight forward. 1 stage of group interview with multiple exercises to screen individual's cultural and goal orientation for the company's expectations.
