Edelman’s interview process includes an initial screening, team interviews, and sometimes a writing test. It focuses on both skills and cultural fit. The process is moderately challenging and can take a few weeks.
Overall moved quickly and efficiently, but when it came time to share they were moving in another direction, they were slow to update. Seemed like a typical agency/consulting firm culture and work-wise.

Started with a HR screening phone call, second round was a video call with hiring manager + another colleague, then the final round was another video call on a group interview with the team, then went into negotiations
