Started with a HR screening phone call, second round was a video call with hiring manager + another colleague, then the final round was another video call on a group interview with the team, then went into negotiations
Overall moved quickly and efficiently, but when it came time to share they were moving in another direction, they were slow to update. Seemed like a typical agency/consulting firm culture and work-wise.
