depends on the hiring manager. Can be very official or unofficial. Unofficial - easy questions, more friendly and open approach, whereas the official one is more square and questions why, when, how are asked more often. Usually, the whole process takes a few weeks, depends on the demand and how quick the HR is.

Applied online and was asked for a face to face interview. Interview was with area manager and regional director. Lasted an hour with standard interview questions: tell us what good customer service looks like, what KPIs have you had to focus on etc.

Phone interview then a face to face interview with lots of questions on business acumen and previous customer service experience. You were scored on each section 1-4 and scored overall with a percentage which would either give you a job offer rejection or hold you on file
