The interview process was good. HR was great about keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process and coordinating my on-site visit. One of DraftKings major focuses when hiring is to make sure you are a good cultural fit. Throughout the interview process, I had to meet with everyone on the team, plus some executives. It definitely was a tough interview, but fair nonetheless. Overall a positive interview experience.

What was the biggest challenge you have faced in your career and how has it shaped you today?
This is such a joke. I have 4 people refer me for a role that I am simply put, way over qualified for, but the job market is tough so I am willing to compromise. DraftKings won't even give me a single interview. Nothing. 0/10 on jobs with 2+ referrals on each position. I have no clue what they want at this point
Phone interview where the recruiter called me. She asked me about my experience and then told me what the job would be about. It lasted about 45 mins. It was a good conversation.

Job description offered a wide range of pay, only to find out they ONLY offer the minimum even when I had more experience than required. Never heard back after I asked for somewhere in the middle.
