I was contacted through LinkedIn from a recruiter at Digitas. They set up an initial phone screening and then the recruiter sent my resume over to the team and four back to back video interviews were scheduled. I was asked about my background, BI tools and scenario based questions for each interview. The hiring managers were very pleasant and the interview process went smoothly. I got an offer within a week.

Interviewed with 4 people about a position 3. Interviewed another team of 3 people 4. Received an offer the day of for the second interview 5. It took a week to get the offer approved and for me to be officially hired.
