I was contacted through LinkedIn from a recruiter at Digitas. They set up an initial phone screening and then the recruiter sent my resume over to the team and four back to back video interviews were scheduled. I was asked about my background, BI tools and scenario based questions for each interview. The hiring managers were very pleasant and the interview process went smoothly. I got an offer within a week.

Entrevista
One initial call with HR revealed I was overqualified for the position, and it was recommended I wait to apply for a more senior position in the near future and let them know I was interested.

1. I reached out via LinkedIn, I received an email within a few hours saying they were interested and scheduled an interview for the next day (which was a Friday).
2. Interviewed with 4 people about a position
3. Interviewed another team of 3 people
4. Received an offer the day of for the second interview
5. It took a week to get the offer approved and for me to be officially hired.
