1. Applied online for Management Audit Assistant in Colombia. 2. Weeks later I received a phone call from HR in order to set up an interview. They also sent me an email with a Data Interpretation Test which I had to answer before the interview. 3. The interview took place the same day I received the phone call. It was about my family and educational background. Also, I had to take an English Exam. 4. Days later I attended an assessment center. The first part of the assessment was like the previous interview. The second part was a group activity. 5. Didn't get any feedback.
