Two step interview, first techical then team fit. In the first step you are asked techical questions in the second step you are interviewd for the team fit. If the first step goes good you are called to the second.

Entrevista
I was an out-of-town candidate. First there was a phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone screen with the partner; then in-office interviews to meet the rest of the team and another partner. Took a while to get the actual offer, and had to pressure them to get it in writing after other firms made competitive offers.

Asked about work history, my interest in the job, why I wanted to relocate. Pretty standard free-flowing conversation, rather than reading stock questions off of a list. I asked questions about the culture of this particular office and group.
Quite straightforward and interactive. The feedback post interview was mostly prompt. It takes a while between receiving the offer and signing the contract though owing to the internal risk checks that are involved.
