Entrevista
Three phases: i) HR interview; ii) online tests; iii) Final interview with one of the Manager of the area you are applying. You can finish all the process in les than 2 months (but it depends on the HR person responsible of your profile)
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
