I applied through an employee referral. I got an interview call the next day itself. The profile was to work for a healthcare application something of that sort wasn't very clear. The first round was written which was pen and paper and it was quite easy but the time limit was less so you need to manage well with time. There were question from apptitute, reasoning and verbal as well. Next was a gd where in there were 10 students in every batch and among them 5-6 were selected. The topic for my batch was "education in India or abroad". And next and the final round was a versant test which is the process which every Deloitte employee goes through. And it's too very tough to crack which even I was not able to and got rejected though I was so very close to Deloitte. The accent which the other side of the phone was expecting was not clear to me. I was given a second attempt but still I couldn't.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
