It was an online assessment and a job simulation. The online assessment consisted of situational judgement tests as well as verbal and numerical. The job simulation consisted of multiple-choice questions and recordings.

Online assessment of low difficulty is the first stage. Then you do an online assessment centre consisting of five questions including video recorded and written answers under time pressure. Following this you are rejected or accepted on to the programme.
