3 rounds:
First is a case study round with a Manager/Director
Second is a round with a Partner where you will be asked about your understanding of the business and what you can bring to the role. I was asked to propose a high level solution to a business problem
Third round is a behavioral interview with a Director/hiring manager where you will be asked more about yourself, your achievements, previous roles, and your skills.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
