Applied through the university during fall 2015 and got selected for initial interview at the universities career service center. The manager was highly impressed by my backgrounds and experiences, interviewer and I talked about our educational aspiration. I am finishing up my MBA soon, interviewer is looking into getting his MBA. Selected for 2nd interview at the company office, they were doing mass interview the actual interview was chaotic. It was two, 30 minutes interview, both interviewers seem disinterested at interviewing from the beginning, kept looking at their phones, reading messages or whatever it was as I was answering questions. When I paused my answer so they can finish answering their message or looking at whatever was on the phone, one of them just told me to continue as he kept on checking the phone. Very unprofessional. I highly believe I did not get the job because of the historical connection between both interviewer (Indian) and the religious conflict with Muslims in India. It certainly did not change my opinion about Deloitte as a company and definitely will continue pursuing my career with them. It was also possibly because the interviewer had not educational or background similarity with me as they were educated in India as opposed to first interviewer. One can simply say that I am bitter because I did not get the offer but the truth is what am I gaining by posting this here, nothing. Deloitte is not going to diminish because of this post nor do I want them to. I just hope that it helps someone or even the organization when they talk about promoting diversity and better handling of the employment process.

1st round was in person interview. I have few technical question and 2 coding question. They are me to write pseudocode. 2nd round was with senior manager. It was a walk through of my resume
