interview process was smooth, they basically try to know about us instead of asking rocket science questions. got offer after 3 rounds of interview , but took one month for joining.

About my previous experience and roles and responsibility.
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
