sollicitatieprocedure begint met een telefonische intake om je motivatie en ervaring te bespreken. Vervolgens los je een business case op om je analytische vaardigheden te testen. Daarna volgt een interview met HR om je persoonlijke competenties en culturele fit te beoordelen. Vervolgens heb je een interview met een partner, waarin je vakinhoudelijke kennis wordt getest en besproken. Ten slotte ontvang je een terugkoppeling; bij positieve resultaten krijg je een aanbod, anders ontvang je feedback

Invited for first interview. Interview was in-person with two employees (from two different departments). Didn't have the best experience. Got a call the next day, that I wasn't called in for the second round

Entrevista
Very structured but fair. Overall, the two interviewers were good. Main questions focused around skills required for the role and industry knowledge - definitely be very prepared. A fairly normal interview process.

The interview process was enjoyable, and everyone was very welcoming! I spoke with two different people for thirty minutes each and they made me feel very comfortable. One was a partner, and the other was an associate. They explained their roles and how they felt about the firm as a whole.
