Wasy interview process for college graduates - two behavioral interviews and a presentation. Very few technical questions, the entire day was more of a series of conversations. Met with consultants, senior consultants, and managers, everyone was pleasant.
For the most part, it seems like they were trying to make sure I could hold a conversation and had a decent idea of what I was talking about. Again, very low intensity.

Very confusing interview, hiring managers seemed to not even read my resume, were not able to provide me information about anything specific job related, Were asking general questions that were not technical at all.
