There's aptitude test,hr interview, versant test, and technical round.It varies,they can include point of view round or GD probably depending on the role you have applied for. Major factor that an interviewer checks is your confidence.My advise would be know the job role that you are applying for,be thorough with whatever you have written on your resume and communicate confidently.

Digital assessment was done online tests with job simulations and had a few Technical Questions or Role-Specific Testing. Had a business case to solve on the spot. An assessment centre with multiple exercises: group tasks, case studies and, behavioural interviews.
