Case study online interview with two team members. Required to calculate and answer a case study.
It required one to calculate stats and very mathematical. It did consider the strategy or thinking of the vision of the business in the case study which I found then lacked what skills they were looking for.
Theses skills were for a graduate and not a managerial role.

I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
