Straight forward, a few rounds of interview and transparent with their expectations. Pay slightly above average market rate and good benefits (although some are quite basic in comparison with other companies)

me. Communication excellence and written skills were also tested.
It was smooth and easy to follow the questions. The interviewer was polite and did not press with difficult questions at all. They asked about salary expectations. And also they asked about my motivation to apply for this position.
