I applied during campus recruitment this spring. First there is a resume screening. After several days I got a phone interview. The questions were general. Then onsite interview after about one week. I was turned down by an email after two weeks after the onsite interview. Next time I would be more prepared.

It was a Good experience and interviewer was very chill. Interview was around resume and basic accounting terms and journals. Other than Accounting they asked about your internships and position of responsibility in college.

Was a long a tedious journey but ultimately it is expected coming from a big 4 firm with thousands of applicants per year. Process did take a while obviously but didn't feel like there was repetition between each stage.

Group interview with other candidates conducted by HR and then progress to interview with Partner.
Overall a good experience.
Offered by telephone a week later and sign contract at their office.
