They were very quick to set up interviews but with pretty much zero notice or prep time. There was 3 different interviews with extensive questions. Then they told me to wait for next steps and didn't respond after 2 weeks I messaged for a follow up three times before they responded and said I didn't receive the position.

Began with Cv check, Phone Interview, Interview with Design Managers and lastly, interview with the Directors. Last two interviews were held in the office. Interview had a mix of personalised and systematical questions, along with showcasing the design processes in my portfolio.
