Me hubiera esperado una entrevista mucho más profesional por el tipo de empresa, creo que la persona que la realizo no estaba capacitada para entrevistar, y el trato muy poco amable/formal

Had a video 30-minute virtual interview. Discussed the role and skills needed. Conversational and Friendly; they provided information about the training and expectations and what would be expected of me in the first 60 and 90 days.

It was extremely long took like 4 months to go from 1st round to offer , the first 2 rounds were fairly close to each other but last interview came after a long ghosting period and being ignored by the recruiter.
