This will help incorporate and 'link-up' your work history experiences when asked questions that relate to the specific job you are applying for, 'tell me/us about yourself questions (know your resume and make sure it is accurate- no 'fluff'). They check!

Very well organized . Well structured process. Had 5 itws. Very interesting and had good feeling. Great experience. I think the best tip to success during itws is to get prepared and learn more about the company as well to show your interest and motivation .
1. Call from HR to do a screening
2. First interview with HR Director on Zoom
3. Written test to work on a proposal
4. Peer-to-peer sharing session with two HR managers
5. Final interview
