Through an employee referral, I received an e-mail, telephone call, phone interview, e-mail acknowledging expressed interest (despite the fact that I was already referred to the hiring managers), an on-site interview consisting of 3 1:1 sessions (with a Director, Senior Manager and Manager), followed by a post-interview telephone conference with HR about 5 days after the on-site interview. Be confident, be knowledgeable, but leave your intelligence and ambition at the door. Apparently, when you're clearly intelligent and have good answers for questions that they try to intimidate you with, you're perceived as arrogant and that you're a know-it-all. The bright side is that they do a great job of realizing your talents, and even if they suggest that you be recruited for another position in another division, it means that they're done with you.
