Even before the day of interview, we were given the option to talk to some of the deloitte employees via a conference call. The idea behind this was to answer any questions that the students might have with respect to the interview process on the next day. The day of my interview, first round was a resume based interview with some behavioral questions. Round two was a case study pertaining to CRM.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
