Once you apply for a position at Deloitte, your resume and application will be reviewed. According to that, it will be decided whether you are selected for an interview or not. The first round is the online assessment test.

Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
