The recruiting team was very friendly throughout the whole process. Many Deloitte employees reached out and offered to help case prep which was so nice of them. I only have good things to say about this company and my interview process.

What was a time you disagreed with your manager?
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
