Processo di selezione abbastanza lungo composta da: un primo colloquio conoscitivo, seguito da una serie di test online (logica/matematica, problem solving, test comportamentali, test di inglese, etc), passati questi test di prosegue ad un colloquio di gruppo, poi un altro colloqui con l’HR ma individuale ed infine un colloquio tecnico della durata di circa 2 ore.

Le domande dei colloqui con le HR sono domande classiche, seguite da una domanda in inglese per testare il tuo livello, dove tu si chiede in generale di parlare di quello che vuoi.
Le domande tecniche, credo dipenda dalla posizione, a me hanno fatto domande di partita doppia e su bilancio e principi contabili.

Entrevista
Multiple rounds of interviews with a some different employees from different departments of the organization. Call backs in between rounds to further plan and clarify the upcoming stages. Some testing materials given in advance of the interviews and other stuff.
Pleasant, calm, professional and involved questions showing an understanding of financial accounting. Do you know the industry, what you expect from the role, etc. was asked if I wanted coffee? I said no, but continued with interview.

Entrevista
Pretty mid range in terms of difficulty, friendliness and engagement. Some of the questions were hard. Some of the questions were easy. Overall my experience was quite average when comparing to other interviews.
