there are 3 phases involved. The initial 2 interviews are with HR and final one (what they call Bootcamp) is with directors and senior managers. The HR interviews cover typical interview questions to know more about who you are, your interest and fit with the available position. The Bootcamp interview covers on individual interview with senior people, individual case study and group case study presentation.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
