Entrevista
Initially will be called by the HR Recruiter and will discuss about the availalbility for a face to face interview. As per the discussion the interview will be scheduled. Two rounds of interview 30 mins each. First round will be on the behavior perspective and the next round will be technical perspective. Once both the rounds were cleared, an email with the offer will be sent.

The recruitment process at Deloitte was exceptionally professional and well-structured from start to finish. It consisted of an initial HR screening, online assessments, a group case study, and a final interview with a Partner. What stood out most was the quality of communication throughout the different stages.
I was particularly impressed by the structured feedback provided after the assessment center. The recruiters took the time to highlight both my strengths and areas for improvement, which is quite rare in high-volume recruitment. Even though the process is demanding, it felt like a genuine learning experience. It is a solid, transparent process that respects the candidate's time and professional growth.

How would you manage a situation where a client’s expectations do not align with the project’s technical feasibility?
Via recruiter I had to do a programming test. Unfortunately i did not get through to the next round. Appreciated that I got told scores but would have been good to know which questions i did not get right.

Phone call asking some basic questions and describing the process . Interview at the company by three people ,one from the technical department and two from the hr. questions in both native and second speaking language
