Basic application including a cover letter. Over the next two days following sent application received invite to complete both a video interview and immersive online assessment. The online assessment was a made-up scenario with four categories of different business questions and analysis (would say this was most difficult of any assessment across the big four)

It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
