The interview was all online. I found the process confusing and also very impersonal, and the content and questioned seemed irrelevant to the role I applied for. Some preparation for what to expect would've been helpful. Feedback was very insensitive.

It was quite fast, all of it took 1 month.
It was very unclear at the end, they weren't clear as to why they couldn't give me an offer nor give me a refusal. I ended up ending the process myself.

Didn't interview, but did an aptitude assessment that consisted mostly of case-study questions. They would give large blocks of information in fake research reports, and ask questions requiring you to sift through the reports and apply fairly simple mathematical operations.
Very well structured with multiple rigorous rounds of interviews. Interviews ranged from group to panel to 2 on 1 interviews. Group Interviews were run first and the final interview was 2 on 1.
